Tomorrow is the last day to vote in the special election on topics near and dear to Spokane's heart: the powers of a police ombudsman, how hard it should be to raise taxes, and funding for the city's libraries.
The ballot drop-off boxes will be available until 8 pm tomorrow, Feb. 12. Click here to get a list of ballot drop-off locations and other info.
