Windoe, through a cloud of mist.

If you're ready for a bunch of brand new tracks this summer, look no further than these local bands' new tunes. Below you'll find links to mostly singles and EPs — apparently full albums aren't as cool right now — and among the bunch you're bound to find something to make your spirits sing.

WINDOE
"Seat At York Table"
Karli Ingersoll (of the Bartlett, Cathedral Pearls, Prairie War and Super Sparkle fame) is always working on something new, and with her solo project Windoe's newest single, released just last week, she taps into the the dreamiest guitar heaven to pull out an upbeat yet pretty sad song. You can hear Windoe perform Wednesday night in Kendall Yards at the Rock the Nest concert series.

FOLKINCEPTION
"Navigation Song"
The local folk-rock act hasn't released new music since 2014, but here with "Navigation Song" Folkinception shows they're on the way to more. The old-timey single was released last month as a demo and will only be available for a limited amount of time. Get your taste now.

LAVOY
"Smile"
Because that's all that Lavoy is seemingly capable of writing, "Smile" is yet another happy and super catchy electronic pop/rock song. This track is off their upcoming EP that we can only hope gets released sooner rather than later.

PHLEGM FATALE
"Ha Ha"
Ah, what a refreshing track. So much screaming and rocking. Perfect for the car ride to work every day. Released last month, the ladies of Phlegm Fatale are just as brutal in their musical  execution as they are in their "laughter" in this song.

CRYSTALLINE
"In Front Of You"
So far this year, the electronic-pop duo Crystalline has released a few tracks off their upcoming album Gradient Gold — most recently "In Front of You," a mesmerizing and darkly dizzying track that still manages to whip up a dance beat.

BLVCK CEILING
Flowers
Local DJ Dan Ocean, under the name Blvck Ceiling here, brings forth an album that delivers a whirlwind of noises and rattles and words and melodies. The prolific artist's new work is not something that you need to attempt to understand, it's more about letting this sound wash over you and living within its depths.

THE DANCING PLAGUE OF 1518
Pale World EP
Rounding off a Pacific Northwest mini-tour this weekend, Conor Knowles, also of electronic duo Sea Giant, just released his new EP last week. Two of the songs on the disc were previously released, but through the combination of tracks older and new his electro-pop songwriting shows just how far he can go with this.
