Hit and Run

What ever happened to the courtesy of leaving someone a note after clipping their parked car? 9/23/10 - Just purchased a black '07 Honda Accord today! I went to work & upon leaving, I beheld a vicious tearing & clobbering of my left rear bumper! Were you too embarrassed to admit the fruits of your terrible performance? Shame on you! I hope you see this and contemplate using some civility next time....
