Cup Of Joe

If you're gonna charge me an overwhelming amount of my hard-earned panhandled money, please care enough to listen to my order. When I ask for a vente cocoa mocha, I'm not going to be happy to walk up to the counter & claim my drink after you shout "vente hot chocolate!" I came here for coffee but instead got humiliation, disrespect & a delicious yet disappointing cup of hot chocolate.
