Really! Why?
To the person driving a red SUV going south on the Newport Hwy at 10:35,
Aug 1. Why would you run over a dead raccoon that was lying beside the
road? You had to swerve on to the shoulder just to run over it. It was
disgusting to see and the smell was horrible. You might consider seeing a
mental health professional.
