Marty Stuart (right) and his Fabulous Superlatives opened for Chris Stapleton at Spokane Arena in 2018.
If you've watched Ken Burns' recent PBS series Country Music, or hit up the Steve Miller Band or Chris Stapleton shows in Spokane over the last year, you know Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives are true country classics.

Now you can see Stuart and his ace band up close, thanks to a show they've scheduled at the Bing Crosby Theater for April 14. Tickets range from $32-$52 and are on sale now.  Stuart is still on the road supporting his excellent Way Out West album, as well as the new re-release of his 1999 opus The Pilgrim.

As I looked (in vain) at the Bing Crosby Theater website for info on the Stuart show, I noticed a few more gigs worth your attention in the new year.

• On Jan. 8, guitar master Eric Johnson headlines. Tickets are $32-$52 and on sale now.
• On Jan. 14, Big Head Todd and the Monsters headline the Bing. Tickets are $27-$47 and on sale now.
• On March 8, former Men at Work frontman Colin Hay hits the Bing. No information on an on-sale date for that one yet, but definitely a show worth keeping on your radar judging by his performance at Northern Quest earlier this year.
