I don't know, Idaho...
An Idaho House committee voted in favor of a bill that restricts the voter initiative process, despite overwhelming public opposition, the Idaho Statesman reports. Bill sponsors say the bill will help reflect rural counties in Idaho... though they still get to vote on the initiative if it makes it on the ballot, obviously.
