NEWS: More than half of Spokane's "sit-lie" citations have been handed down in 2018, but police say it's aimed at getting those who need services into community court.

NEWS: Washington State University received a new complaint yesterday accusing former QB Jason Gesser of sexual misconduct. The woman came forward after reading the Daily Evergreen story last week detailing other allegations, the Spokesman-Review reports. Gesser has been placed on administrative leave.
