The Hi-Neighbor Tavern, in north Spokane, happy hour runs from 3-7 pm. Specials include $7 large and $5 small pitchers of beer.
Hugo's on the Hill, on the South Hill, serves up happy hour from 3-6:30 pm and 9 pm-close. Specials include $3 drafts, $4 martinis, $3 glasses of select wine and a discounted food menu.
Rick's Ringside, in north Spokane, welcomes happy hour from 4-7 pm. Specials include $3 wells drinks, $2.50 domestic drafts and half-priced appetizers.
Max at the Mirabeau, in Spokane Valley, serves up happy hour all day. Specials include half-priced bottles of wine.
