This series of sessions is designed for older adults who are concerned about falling. Learn the strategies you need to set realistic goals for increasing activity and to identify environmental adjustments to reduce risk factors. Small groups meet for eight sessions of group discussion, problem solving, brainstorming and gentle exercises. Registration is required. April 28-May 21, Mon and Wed from 1:30-3:30 pm.
