Starting out in a drafty garden shed using a small propane drum roaster, Arctos Coffee has come a long way to open and run their sit-down coffee shop on North Hamilton Street. They aim to provide the "Holy Grail" of espresso blends locally, with a blend of Brazil, Central American and African beans.
