Commellini Estate dates back to the 1930s when Albert Commellini and his sister Leda transformed the North Spokane acreage into a thriving restaurant. Its descendants have since continued and revised the tradition, converting the estate to an event center that recently began offering supper clubs, sometimes including a tour of the estate and emphasizing it's colorful past.

    Gina crafted this recipe from the finest tomatoes, onions, fresh garlic, Italian spices and Italian virgin olive oil, all slow cooked to perfection. This deep red sauce that is perfect with any pasta dish or homemade pizza. Full of spices and always a crowd pleaser. Our marinara sauce is made with gluten free ingredients.   • Chicken Cacciatore (Frozen)

    This dish is the cornerstone to Commellini Estate and was original brought to the United States by Leda Commellini in the early 1920s. "Cacciatore" translates to "hunters-style" and is one of the reasons Marilyn Monroe and Joe Dimaggio visited our venue in the woods many years ago. This dish is still one of the most popular items on our menu and is the most frequently requested. Tender legs and thighs of chicken, braised in red wine and served with button mushrooms. For the most authentic Italian meal serve along side pasta with Leda's Famous Meat sauce
