After several years of running the concessions at the Gathering at the Falls PowWow, Jenny Slagle and her family opened Indigenous Eats featuring her mother's frybread recipe. Slagle, who's a member of the Yakama Nation and a descendant of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, offers four options of frybread including vegetarian, with bison and with chicken, as well as plain with huckleberry, honey and butter.
