The son of singer Valerie Pinkston, who’s performed with Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder and Beyoncé, and acclaimed saxophonist Scott Mayo, who played with Earth, Wind & Fire, Mayo has music in his bones and possesses a casual cool that is on display throughout his sterling 2024 album FLY. Imagine Jazz brings Mayo to Spokane to show off his skills during two sets at Hamilton Studio.
