They just traded in two 15-barrel fermenters and will continue producing their award-winning Belgians in fermenters that have double the capacity. The brewery will be releasing their only non-Belgian, Selkirk Grace, next month, and a batch of Saint Joseph — an imperial saison that isn’t brewed every year — will be ready around the holidays.
