The Border Stop offers Bulgarian cuisine from co-owners Dimitar Gerov and his wife, Heather. Try the appetizer sampler to experience lutenitsa, a piquant pepper relish, and banitsa, a cheese-filled savory pie. Also try any of a dozen sweet or savory crepes, like the ones Dimitar grew up with or newer concoctions like the Almost Elvis with banana, peanut butter and honey. The Border Stop stocks an assortment of beer and wine and has live music on select dates.
