Uprise Brewing has a well-rounded offering, from IPAs (both hazy and classic hop-forward varieties) to German light and dark lagers to a gose-style fruited sour ale. The expansive food menu has plenty of gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian options. Some highlights include the crowd-favorite smash burger with fries or salad, pork taquitos, and the jerk cauliflower served as an appetizer or rice bowl.
